Free Event for Furloughed Federal Employees and Contractors
To honor the dedication and selfless work of our federal employees, George Mason University Executive and Professional Education and the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being presents a morning of
free positive leadership and well-being training to furloughed federal employees and contractors. This interactive training session will be delivered by
Dr. Steve Gladis.
Positive Leadership
Positive Leadership focuses on helping leaders develop a more positive mindset to achieve personal and organizational goals. A positive leader is more self-confident, optimistic, and resilient. This positivity results in a more creative, energetic, and productive workforce.
There’s plenty of evidence that positive leaders make a big difference in government agencies, corporations, and other community organizations. Positive leaders create an atmosphere that produces lower turnover, higher productivity, greater satisfaction, and a host of desirable bottom-line outcomes.
Thanks to our speaker, Steve Gladis, PH.D, for donating his time for this training!
