Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being
The Professional Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being is designed specifically for business professionals striving for positive change in team and organizational culture. Greater organizational well-being results in higher levels of employee engagement, increased productivity, and reduced healthcare costs. Leadership coaching is a powerful framework used to engage employees and their organizations to reach optimal results. Coaching ignites well-being in individuals, teams, and organizations by enabling leaders to uncover potential that might otherwise go untapped.
Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being
